Okay I had a one night stand with a guy... my first time having sex and he used me......it was the day after my period and we didn't use protection...is there anyway i can get pregnant and if so how long do i have to wait to find out?

Yes, you can absolutely get pregnant. That's the way I got pregnant, the day after my period. How long you have to wait depends on what type of test you use. But if you plan to use an at-home kit, at least 3-4 weeks, or until you miss a period.

Yes there is a chance. Ovulation times have little to do with when the evidence of your period finishes. Women can ovulate (release an egg) anywhere from day 7 to day 21. And the released egg can be fertilized on the day it's released or up to 5 days later! If the sperm is female it can live that long after ejaculation.
You need to wait 7-14 days after conception to get an accurate reading on a pg test. The thing is, conception doesn't always occur the day you had intercourse...like I said, the sperm can live up to 5 days and if it fertilizes the released egg on day 5, you need to wait at least 7 days after that, before using a pregancy test.
If your next period doesn't show itself, you can use a pregancy test right away to see if you're pregnant.
I guess this begs the question as to why in this day and age, with all the warnings out there, you wouldn't use protection....

I agree with Lindsey. You ovulate 14 days after the first day of your last period, give or take a couple days before and a couple days after. This is the BEST time to get pregnant. Outside that time frame, your chance of getting pregnant lessens the farther away from the 14 days that you go.
I don't have much experience with getting pregnant after having sex the day after your period ended. I think the odds are VERY slim that you are pregnant, but, it isn't impossible, any time you have unprotected sex, you could get pregnant.
I'll be praying for you, just try to stay calm and remember that it is out of your hands now, it will do you no good to stress over it. (that was easier said than it will be done, I know).

Well I am really sorry to hear that your first time was so unpleasent, with him using you.
Although women generally are not really fertile right after their period, pregnancy can happen pretty much anytime with unprotected sex.
If you go to a doctor and get a blood test, you can find out right away...if you are too embarrassed to go to the doctor, then you can always go get a pregnancy test at the drugstore though it is not as accurate as the blood test. Another option for you could be to find places that do free pregnancy tests in your area and do this...if you are inclined towards abortion, I would strongly suggest you find a Planned Parenthood .

Whenever you have sex it's possible to get pregnant.. even if it is during your period. Unfortunately you have to wait until you're due for your next period. The earliest pregnancy test out there doesn't detect the hormone until 5 days before your missed period... and even then it's only like 60% or 70% accurate.

Yes u can get pregnant. Dont wait just go to planned parenthood and get the Morning after pill immediatly. Once a girl has her period which is just a body flush a new egg is produced. I know from experience my GF and i almost got pregnant thinking that same thing u did.

Ovulation usually occurs around 14 days after your period, so the chances of you being pregnant are very small. You have to wait until you miss your period before you can tell if you are pregnant.

It is possible, the only way to find out is take a test, which you cannot do until time for your next period. I am sorry to hear your first experience was so poor, next time use protection, there is too much going on in this world

If he ejaculated into you and you aren't using any form of BC then YES, you can definetly get preggo. and correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure you start ovulating after your period. You are going to have to wait about 4-5 days before a "missed" period to take a hpt. Good luck to you!

I used to be precisely four weeks pregnant. I learned the day my interval must have began. Normally I might have waited, however anything did not believe correct so I took a scan. I am now 21 weeks three days w/ youngster one million.
