If you are worried about your future, consider this. There are two possibilities. Either your future will be much better than you think, or it will be as bad as you think. If better, then why spoil the present moment worrying about something that will never happen? Or if bad, why spoil the present moment worrying about something that hasn't even happened yet? In other words, lighten up, enjoy the present, and deal with future problems if and when they arrive.
What you are doing is called "borrowing trouble".

Wonder what made you feel that way? Are you a person that loves to write into her journal book? I do that sometimes. Actually, I have a blogg on the internet. And I put my thinking down in it. It helps especially when these moods appear more frequent. However, moods are part of psychological problems. (I am a retired Social Worker). So if you have some symtoms that come along with mood swings, perhaps it's more helpful to assist by going to a therapist that you feel compfortable with . I hope you feel better soon. Good luck and I hope I was of some help to you. Have a blissful Sunday and a great week ahead of you. Remember it will always get better when you least expect it!

Don't think too far ahead in your future... it's practically unpredictable. Wondering what's going to happen in the future only leaves you to daydream about it... and that can easily influence negative daydreams. Worrying about the unpredictable is often enticing, but is completely unnecessary and liable to put you in a 'bad mood'. Life is a highway, and who knows where it's gonna lead you?

Hmmm, often we forget the humility that comes along with this flesh and blood, and ignore the many wonderful and great favors that we have or were given. So many clear examples of the less fortunate,by whatever circumstance.Though planning for ones' future is highly recommended, none of us has a promise of tomorrow!'Nuff Said!

worrying about the future can scare the hell out of you,so don't think about the future. sounds easier than it is. i used to worry about it. about dying. i don't worry anymore. i'm 51. i've learned many things in my life and not worrying about the future is one of them. concentrate on one day at a time. without getting overly religious here. every morning and every night put your life in GODS HANDS. just turn every thing over to HIM. just get yourself through one day at a time. this morning don't worry about this afternoon, this afternoon don't worry about tonight. tonight don't worry about tomorrow morning. your guardian angels are watching over you. they are placed there by GOD to help you every step of the way. so,what are you going to this afternoon? are you going to go for a walk? to a picnic? a movie? go shopping with your girlfriends? plan it and do it and have fun.

Same here. I'm just trying to realize that you don't know what tomorrow brings. I'm still trying, I think I'm getting there. Yes, I fall, but I get back up.
