Light crosses a hydrogen nucleus in about 5.3 * 10^-24 seconds.
Light travels the 0.5 meters from my screen to my eyes in about 1.7 * 10^-9 seconds.
My friend's voice crosses 3 meters in about 8.8 * 10^-3 seconds.
The US is about 7.3 * 10^9 seconds old.
If Jesus was born about 2007 years ago, then he was born about 6.3 * 10^10 seconds ago.
If humans are about 100,000 years old, then they have existed for about 3.2 * 10^12 seconds.
If the dinosaurs disappeared about 65 million years ago, they disappeared about 2.1 * 10^15 seconds ago.
If the Earth is 4.5 billion years old, it is about 1.4 * 10^17 seconds old.
If the Sun will burn for about 10 billion years, it will burn for about 3.2 * 10^17 seconds.
If the universe is 13 billion years old, it is about 4.1 * 10^17 seconds old.

You can get all these on Wikipedia, handy, like

I think the Universe is 14 billion years old. How on Earth are you going to write that in seconds out on a page. Obviously there is Scientific Notation

I assume you mean time for LIGHT to cross a hydrogen1 nucleus.
5.846*10^-26 sec (based on rms charge radius of proton).
