As you drive and apply brakes, brakes develop less free play when released and will stay applied until truck is shut down and left off for a period of time. This is a hydravac system.

You have contaminants in your brake system, common on all trucks with hydraulic systems. Doesn't matter that it is vaccuum boosted. Flush out the wheel cylinders, the brake lines, and the master cylinder & slave. re-place with new brake fluid and bleed out. You should then be good to go. Good Luck.

Is this a remote hydrovac? When the brakes lock up again block the wheels and crack the hydraulic line from master cylinder to the hydrovac. If the brakes release you have a problem with the master cylinder. If you open the line from the hydrovac to the wheels and the brakes release the problem is in the hydrovac unit. Possibly the relief valve sticking.
