Just bought some Seafoam in hopes of clearing up some sluggish issues with my Z28. The layout of the engine bay is entirely different from my 240sx, and I'm looking for the place to put it for the intake. I was told brake booster line but that makes absolutely no sense, I'm not cleaning my brake lines, just the intake and what not. I think the ratio goes 1/3 as well, right? 1/3 in the gas tank, 1/3 in oil, and 1/3 through the intake.

Dump entire can into your fuel tank and fill it 2/3 - 3/4 full of gas. It'll do the job it's designed to do. It works best if you plan on an extended highway trip to use it up while the motors as hot as possible.

After using Seafoam, Chevron Synthetic and 3-M fuel system cleaners I slightly favor the 3-M product. It's more aggressive than the other two. These three products are available at your local NAPA Auto Parts Store.

brakes use a vacuum booster and the vacuum line typically does come from the intake.
