I truly enjoy the show. I am married to a military man and like the show because it shows how the military life style affects everyone envolved. It is not just the military person that serves a tour of duty. It's also the wife or husband who holds the family together when their spouse is gone. It is the sons and/or daughters who have to pick up their lives and leave friends. This show is important to me, because you really do feel a bond with other military wives, and you are all going through the same thing, and it's a feeling that you will never know until you experience it yourself.

Even though I vowed I would not watch another Lifetime TV show I had to see it just once. I have always loved Kim Delaney (sp) since her days as Jenny on AMC. I do have to admit I like the show. It shows the struggles of women, though some are somewhat unbelievable. I hope they end it well when it's time for the show to end. Lifetime normally does not which is why I did not want to watch it. I think it shows that people who have very little in common can still be friends and support each other.

I did not see the show, but I can only assume if was based on true stories of army wives... there would be lots of wives sleeping around with military men or them leaving there husband for another man.

I haven't watched a full episode but I think they are trying to mirror what the wives have on The Unit which is a great show!

I tend to disagree. I love it, I think it was cast well, and it strikes me as the way some Army bases truly are (I don't know from personal experience but my best friend is an army brat). It seems very real in a time that our military are so important and the lives of their families are having to cope without them.
I enjoy the writing as well, but to each their own.

I like it. I think it shows a different aspect of how the war affects people. Yes it is a drama and many people don't like "soap opera" type shows. I respect that and I would also like to know why you don't like it. I'm open to all opinions. The show is really emotional and I love how the women keep each other strong through the struggles they go through. Friendship and love is what keeps them going. So why don't you like it?

I watched it two weeks ago and was hooked.
I don't know why honestly....I just wanted to see what kept happening. I guess because it makes me think of the poor familes whose husbands/fathers are in Iraq have to go through.
I am nt saying it is the most realistic but everyone has their guilty pleasures

I can't really say why I like the show... I think it is because I like the group of characters and they all seem to fit together...

I can't stand it either. It just isn't a good show, I don't care what happens from one episode to the next. It's a good concept but poorly done.
