Visit Expedia and buy a ticket to New York and open a bank account (In Person) and then go back to your country.
You don't have to live in the United States of America to open a bank account.

who do you know who has relatives in America?
what you want is for one of them to open the account [with your money] and add you as an account signer.
Be sure to use a bank that offers web access to their accounts. Most major US banks do -- and you can check any specific one over the web.
