im over wieght and i cant stand it ive tryed dites and the dont help any seggestions?

First, you dont have to diet. Just try making simple changes. For example, instead of having that doughnut for breakfast, settle for granola or cereal and milk. If those dont work, at least drink some orange juice. Change one thing at a time. That way, you wont get so frustrated about making change or keeping it up. Mix up your food choices and make it colorful. You could take a red bell pepper, cut it into strips and dip into a mix of sour cream and dry ranch dressing mix (very yummy!). Making simple changes to each meal is a good way to start. Second, add some type of exercise into your day, whether it be walking the neighborhood or swimming. Something is better than nothing. Before you know it, you will feel better than ever. Exercise can also help with menstrual cramps as well. Third, eat smaller, more frequent meals. Aim to eat six times a day. Have your breakfast, a snack between breakfast and lunch, have lunch, and so on. This will help to boost metabolism. DO NOT limit your carbs. Ideally, one's diet should consist of 60-70% carbs. Limiting carbs deprives your brain of vital energy as well as your body. Check around locally to see if there are any gyms that are affordable. Dont be afraid to go in there and do what you gotta do. Believe it or not, there are many overweight people who walk into gyms and are admired for the effort they put forth! Since you have Yahoo, it might be worth your time searching their food area for eating tips, recipes and such. It never hurts. I hope this helps and good luck!

try talking to your doctor. Or do an online search for a carlorie counter. All you have to do is eat foods with the least calorie count and excersize. it works! stick with it!

You should go to a Work out gym, it works so much! But you have to be very dedicated and you should stay away from sugars as much as possible.

BEST THiNG i CAN TELL YOU iS TO RUN.
i PLAY SOCCER AND WHEN i STARTED... i LOST ALOT OF WEiGHT. i THiNK i ENDED UP LOSiNG ABOUT 30 POUNDS.
