I don't have leftovers. I'm that much of a fat nacker when it comes to food, I always manage to polish it all off.
However, if I travel out to the states to see my father who lives in Kentucky. The food situation is quite different. For one its better, 2, there's more of it and three there's always a little to be had Left over. So I let my fathers dogs have it like good little doggies they are. LOL

It depends on what they are. If it's something that I can easily distribute into something else to make a completely new dish, then I do it. For example, leftover grilled chicken makes a great quesadilla, or even better, a great addittion in spaghetti sauce!
YUM-O!!!

I usually put them into Tupperware and store them in the fridge for a few months. WHen I get around to using them usually they are unidentifiable.

I give them to the cats around the building where I work, or for the dogs around the building at my second working place, or keep them for the cats at my dad's vineyard... I do not have a pet at the moment :(
