What i would do is ask him about changes in his body. He could be going through some sort of premature puberty type thing, my friend had grown upper hair on his lip when he was in 3rd grade! Puberty in boys can range from 11-16 years of age, very rarely 7-11. But there are cases of it. What i would do also is get him not roll on or anything like that get him a sort of spray like Axe or some other sprayon brand and see if he likes it. And pay attention to his cleansing habits cause he could not be using soap in the shower, not washing his hands probably, or even not taking showers 1 or 2 times EVERY day. I hope this helped!
