There could be many things that cause your lack of energy. But I have found that FOODS play a major part in how I feel. Be sure that you're eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Also, drink plenty of water and less soda. And, men's multivitamins also help in giving you more energy.

If I were you, I would definitely see a doctor and ask. Better safe than sorry. Good luck!

there can be many causes for chronic lack of energy. And as you mention no other symptoms I can't begin to even guess at what you problem may be. Suggest that if your fatigue is interfering with your life and what you want to do, then yes, see a doctor and give him a better explanation of what it going on with you than you have posted here.

Judging by your picture, I suggest eating some food. You'll get plenty of energy to keep going. However, don't eat junk food. A few healthy snacks throughout the day will give you an added boost.

Depends on what your lifestyle is like. Are you like so many other folks running yourself ragged? What's your diet like? Are you under a lot of stress (single greatest fatigue generator around)?

You would benefit from a physical exam from your doctor just to rule out any serious illness, but start looking those three things also.

most likely u should c ur doctor if it goes on longer than a yr. in the mean time eat healthy, no junk food crap. make sure that u get at least 8 hours of sleep. if u eat alot of sugar that could be ur problem. just try to relax its normal as u get older, not that ur old.
