There are a lot of symptoms that can indicate pregnancy, but the only thing that will tell you with almost certainty is taking a pregnancy test or visiting your doctor for an exam.

However, some common symptoms include: extreme fatigue, frequent urination, breast tenderness, mild cramps, nausea, vomitting, aversion to some foods, cravings for some foods, and the biggest one -- a missed period.

Well, first in order to get pregnant you have to have sex.
And I recommend being married to a man you desperatly love with all your heart and soul.
Babies are expensive so make sure you and your husband have a good job.
When a women is pregnant, she will first miss her period.
When she is a 1-2 wees late, she can buy a home pregnancy test at a store to see if she is pregnant.
The symptoms normally start 2 weeks after the missed period. Sore breast's is a symptom along with morning sickness that can happen any time of the day.
Don't be in a hurry to get pregnant. Wait until your ready and things are in order in your life.
Have a good man by your side that will help you with the baby and love you both.

You should be learning this in your health class at school, but some of the symptoms are:

- missing your period (that's a HUGE one)
- morning sickness (this is extremely common but not everyone gets it and it doesn't always start right away)
- your belly will feel firmer
- mood swings/being more emotional than usual

Did anyone else even read what she wrote? For when she's OLDER she'll want to know the symptoms so she'll know whether she has to take a test.

Here is my story!

I have PCOS and thought I could not get pregnant. I had a flexible cycle, so was not really late when i started feeling strange. My breasts had been sore for weeks, I felt sick, took a great dislike to vegetables, even the sight of them and had what felt like period cramps.

To rule it out, I bought a pregnancy test and even as I went into the bathroom to do it, my Husband said 'don't worry it will be negative'. Well seconds later the blue line appeared and I found oout I was pregnant.

The first person to answer you may have sounded cruel, but a test really is tge only sure way of knowing.

Morning sickness (as well as other times of the day), mood swings, feeling extra sensitive, sore breasts. Really, if you think you're pregnant you should take a home pregnancy test then go to the doctor to be sure.

You'll get sick and then your period will be late... or your period will be late... and then you will take a pregnancy test. I know women (as i have) were so in touch with their bodies they knew the next morning after they had intercourse... some didn't know until much later. If you have sex, at all, ever, you can be pregnant, remember that. Even if you have your period, you can still be pregnant. (it happened to be my situation twice) :)

((Some people will also say, breast tenderness, throwing up, nausea in general, fatigue.))

Every pregnancy has different symtoms. That is not something you should base pregnancy on.

If you want to know if you are expecting...take a test like everyone else in the free world...

Usually when you take the test and it comes out positive that is a good clue.

Most women notice when their period stops, but some women can have their period through their pregnancy, so every woman is different.
