to wipe a usb memory stick you simply right click the icon in "my computer",then click format
a format window will appear and you need to select fat ,defualt capacity and quick format
note:some usb sticks have built in security and these will be erased if you format the memory stick,however these security add ons will also stop you from formatting your memory stick on the first place,so the software needs to be uninstalled before you format your stick
however dont worry,you can download the security software from the manufacturers website,just go to support>downloads

Plug it into the USB. Open up My Computer and you should see it in there. Either right click and do a quick format or open it up and delete everything you find inside.

Open up "my computer" and find the removable harddrive (the usb you plugged in). doulble click on it. Then hit Ctrl-A to select everything on the usb, and then delete. Hopefully this works! :-D

Hello,
If you go to my computer and see the Drive listed, you should be able to right-click the drive and choose the option to "Format". This will wipe the stick clean of all current data and make it brand new.

Access it like you would a cd drive or hard drive, through 'My Computer'. Select all the files in the usb drive and delete them.

lowl, just pop it in, and delete everything. If you right click on it it should give you a format option. Alternativly you could run a high powered magnet across it, but you would most likely damage the drive ^_^

plug it in to your usb
go to my computer, right click on the drive and choose format make sure you get the right drive
