My yamaha raptor wont start and neutral light wont come on,but the lights work.What should i check?

if you cannot elecrically start it can you pull or kick start it. it has a neutral indicator that keeps it from starting in gear(dangerous) look at the linkage on the shifter,do you see any switches check them. also look for any loose wires an open connection will cause this same issue good luck!!

Sounds like the neutral safety switch is misadjusted. (or broke)
