You could probably get a group discount for tickets, and rent a picnic area for your group, but as far as renting the entire park, I don't know. IF it is something they allow, I think you would have to expect to pay upwards of several thousand to millions if you want them to shut the park down to the public just for your group.
I did find something on their site that's pretty interesting though. If you have the money to shell out, you can pay for VIP access to the park that gets you park tickets, front of the line access to the rides, 2 free on ride photos, front of the line access to food and shows, AND a personal CP escort. All this for the mere price of $400 per person.

I know that Six Flags near Chicago has corporate outings where the park is rented out by a large corporation with thousands of employees. I don't think a person could afford to rent out an amusement park of that size, unless the person is someone like Oprah or Bill Gates. But you could always call Cedar Point to find out!

i mean it is the best in the world
i don't think there is any way you could rent it out
it would depend on the amount of people
