Okay well I'm mainly looking for help with hair & clothes.
I have pale-ish tan-ish skin. I am skinny-average. My eyes are green/blue. My hair is light brown, down to my shoulders.
Well this picture is kinda old but my hair is longer now so I hope this helps ^-^

That's my eyes, sorry I forgot you couldn't see them, the blue only shows in bright lights though =D

Don`t worry you look great .
just nice hair cut and wear new dress style with bright colours also if you like wear new accessories with huge colourful beads .

how about high lights or low lights if this is a too expensive option to some home hair dying this is cheap and safe and will make your hair look glamorous ! clothes wise use COLOUR hot pink , light blue , white and grey will be perfect for you try and stay away from colours like black , beige and brown as these are safe boring colours that are not noticable i hope this helps

lose the lip rings first. get a aqua-ish color blouse that goes past your stomach. get dark blue jeans or a aqua- ish skirt that is a about an inch above your knees if this doesnt fit your personality then you could always get blue jeans a green or red shirt =D

First of all, remove the rings from your face, they really distract away from it! You look like a pretty girl with character in her face, don't mar it up with rings or tatoos!
Play up on the color of your eyes! Girls would KILL to have eyes that color!
You might want to do your hair with a little more wave in it!
Other than that, I would have to see more photos

The interesting thing on most people is their eyes. I can't see yours in this picture. Perhaps style your hair so that you can see your eyes.

It is kinda hard because your pic is sideways and blurry. From what you said, you said very pretty! I love the lip rings! Did they hurt?

try playing arOund with yOur style . fOr example if yOu are gOing tO wear cOnverse , dOn`t wear them everyday even if they are diff. cOlOrs . yOu want tO give peOple sOmething tO lOOk fOward tO . try wearing cOnverse , vans , jOrdans , nike dunksz , pumasz , ect .
fOr jeans , dO skinny jeans , they fit well with every shOe , but have them different cOlOrs
fOr shirts , have fun . but dOn`t lOOk like a retart . dOn`t wear a rainbOw shirt with white jOrdans .... shirts like tht dOn`t gO well with tht type Of sneaker .. && dunks alsO . fOr jOrdan dunks && pumasz , wear cute shirts tht match the sneaker exact .
cOnverse && vansz , yOu can mismatch && it wOuld lOOk cutee .
wear mOre acceOries . braclets , earringsz ... ect .
fOr yOur hair . i like it like tht but wear hair clipsz , . cut Out a bang , . && yOu can curl it up every Once in a while . use pantene mOOuse && gel .. they wOrk well and smell great
