That Harry is a Horcrux and the night You-Know-Who killed Harry's parents he transferred a part of his soul in to Harry (the scar) so either Harry has to die and one of his friends has to finish off You-Know-Who.

It's hard to separate what I think from what I hope. But here it goes...

1. Evil (contrary to most people, I don't think Dumbledore was infallible; he made a mistake, trusted the wrong person (although everyone tried to warn him) and only realised it when he died; but he must have had a good reason (or maybe gratitude or guilt about something ???) to trust Snape).

2. Difficult... But I'm going with alive (see 10 for more details).

3. Alive.

6. Harry/Ginny, Hermione/Ron, Lupin/Tonks, Fleur/Bill, Hagrid/Madame Maxime. Since Luna and Neville won't stay together, I hope to see him with someone who makes him feel less awkward and to see her with someone who will go with her to the end of the Earth in search of the Crumple_Horned Snorkack!

8. No! She likes Voldemort so much that, if she dies, she'll probably be killed by him!

9. Actually, I don't know... He will probably die but Harry won't kill him. See 10.

10. I think Harry won't kill Voldemort because he would split his soul. I've just posted a question about this a few minutes ago, funny enough! Maybe someone else will kill Voldemort (Pettigrew, Snape, Voldemort himself,..., ?) or maybe there's another way to defeat him. Being powerless and mortal would probably be more than he could stand... Oh, and I think the wereabouts of the remaining Horcruxes have something to do with the places of origin of the Four Founders and that it is possible that Dumbledore's list of Horcruxes need some fine-tuning.

Anyway, all of this... Maybe I'm just being optimistical...

My theory is Snape will die saving Harry's life, and in the process kill Voldermort. Also, Percy will die saying Ron!

I think that the whole Weasley family will survive. I have a feeling that they will be the only family where they all survive.

umm... LOL. I think that one of the Horcrux is ravenclaws tiara.
There were two mentions of a tiara in HBP and I think it could be either one.
A tiara was mentioned when Harry hid his potions book in the room of requirements.
Another tiara was mentioned when everyone was in the hospital with Bill.

10. in the last book harry (with ron and hermione, maybe ginny) will go to the ministry of magic mystery place, and they will go to the curtain serius fell into, they will find a way of opening it up and something including serius (maybe all the dead people or people who have fallen into the curtain before [maybe there was some kind of battle there a long time ago, or something like that] or some huge amount of people including serius) they will comd out of the curtain, serius will be proved innocent, and all the people who come out of the curtain will go and help the order of the pheonix defeat voldemort.
PS the reason i say that is i just like serius and want him to be part of the story again. he (other than fred and george) are like my favorite characters. maybe serius (along with the other people who come out of the curtain) will be ghosts so one, nothing can happen to serius, and two, the ghosts can't die and they will be on the good side.
