Dr.AntiSpy is a clone of rogue anti-spyware programs such as PestTrap and SpySheriff. Once installed, Dr.AntiSpy will pop up false messages on your system tray that look similar to Microsoft notifications. Dr.AntiSpy's fake messages are used as deceptive tactics to lure you into purchasing its full commercial version. Many users claim that Dr.Antispy is very difficult to uninstall manually because it doesn't have a built-in uninstallation utility and tends to recreate itself instantly after reboot. See the source link for removal tools.

Go to control panel, then Add/Remove Programs, when the list populates scroll down until you find the program Dr. Antispy and click on it, the click remove.
It's a program to protect your computer from spyware files being added to your system. These spyware files send information about what websites you visit each day.

Dr. Antispy is unwanted spyware. You probably need to use a spyware scanner to remove it. Your best bet it to buy one, but if you don't have the money, you can get a decent free version from Google by installing the Google Pack.
You can get the Google Pack here:

If you want to install a premium scanner and don't mind having to pay for it, I would suggest XoftspySE, which you can read about here:

DrAntispy is a high risk rogue security program that shows false warning messages, misleading scan results, and uses aggressive advertising. It is know to be installed through Trojan exploits. It will not remove anything unless the user purchases the program.
