My question is what do u call those stories? (there is a unique name for stories which is written different from itz original one)

they are called fan fiction...they are stories written by the fans using the characters in a well-known work...you can read loads of fan fiction about harry potter in sites like mugglenet or the leaky cauldron

Stories that are based on someone else's work are called "fan fiction". There is a massive amount of it on the web. Most of it sucks, but there are a few well-written and entertaining ones in the heap.

They're called "illegal" - she couldn't have been offered publication for her "fan fiction", because they infringe on JK Rowling's copywrighted characters and story.
