does it annoy you when you are in a store or restaurant and someone is talking extremely loud on a cell phone???

sometimes there is a reason for the person to talk loud. i just avoid them but if they bothered me too much i would not order or tell the waiter..a good excuse for no tipping if nothing was done..also i would stare at the people..but ignorant people don't really care..it should be up to the restaurant..this is why i don't eat out often

it annoys me even if i'm not in a store or a restaurant. you don't have to yell for someone to hear you except if the music is too loud.

No usually the retards behind the counter do .... At least the person on the cell phone can dial, answer it and talk thats more than the ... taking my order!

Yes!Like:no no honey,I'm on the work,i will work till late at night,dont wait up (and a woman is sitting next to him smilling,and we all know who she is to him).I mean,I totaly dislike it,because those people think they are alone in the building,room or on the street.And that is sooo rude.
