I've seen 64GB flash, but they're thousands of dollars. You'd get the best price/GB with 1GB or 2GB sticks.

If you're talking about a RAM memory stick I've never seen one stick with more than 2 gigs on it.
I think you mean USB flash sticks though, in which case there are supposedily prototype 32 and 64 gig models in existance, but the largest on the market currently are 16 gigs and cost about $130

I ahve a 4 gig lexar but hear theres a 10 gig coming out this spring... but at that size a mini pocket hdd is a better choice i think...

DZE is very smart, I have also seen 16 gig flash drives for about $150 !!

16gb is the largest normal one ive seen .. theyre about 150 bucks ... u can also get an enclosure for a 2.5" harddrive that runs off the usb port and toss in a notebook harddrive up to 200gb or however big they get ...

well in system meory i think its 2gb.
the largest ssd i saw is 64 gb.
