My tailights and dashboard light is not working what could be the problem?

It is a 95 Chevy Tahoe. My brother has checked the fuses and couldn't find the problem,What else could it be?

Someone said it could be the headlight switch? Could that be it?

I was going to say the fuse, but you might have a wire that was burnt out or broke.

you have a loose wire going to the headlight switch

The switch it's self.

Had to replace mine. '91 Chev.
