It is so obvious. Why not nominate a ticket that can win in November? Why not put forth a Cheney/ Gonzales ticket. They are tough but fair. If congress does not let them have their way they could put them all in Guantanamo bay for a little R&R and perhaps some good natured water boarding. Isn't this the right combination for America? Tough minded but fair in their own inimitable just way.

Sarcasm; I LOVE IT. Seriously though, I was thinking the only way for the Republicans to win would be to steal votes from the Democrats. What better way to achieve this than by running candidates that they truly worship and love; Chavez and Ahamdinejad. Bush can have the Constitution changed, before leaving office, to allow for foreigners to hold office. With the Democrats' two favorite people in the world running, the Republicans are sure to win.

VOTE CHAVEZ/AHMADINEJAD 2008!!!

Ha ha, good one! I especially like the tough minded but fair part, yeah right.
A better ticket would be Reagan and Nixon. We don't reaally need them alive, just run old footage of their speeches and addresses to the nation.

An equal ticket would be Hitler/Stalin.

So thats your answer all of the power in the executive?

Why don't we just make Cheney dictator.

While I respect them both, the media has hurt their reputation (wrongly I may add) far too much for them to win.
