Which graphics card is better?

GeForce 7300GS is way better.

The 7300GS is a lot newer and much faster. If you have enough money you might want to buy a 7600GS, they are at a good price point for an AGP card.

I would go with the 4200, but thats merely a personal preference fom my experience...
