Look I had a computer for twenty years before I got a printer. I would type and save to a floppy, printing it off at a friend's house. I didn't get the net until three years ago. Partly it was the cost and I interacted with friends.

Try going to garage sales, lots of people have old printers and are willing to sell them for $5. just to get rid of them.
I have an old one I'm not using because I wanted a photo printer. I would gladly give it away just to get rid of it.
I'm only waiting till my next street garage sale to get rid of it.
The cartridges of ink for it cost more to replace then my new printer did.
So look at it this way, if you can't afford to buy a cheep printer you also can't afford the print cartridges, they will cost you easily $80 per cartridge and you usually need at least 2 if your want to print colour.
May new photo printer only cost $200. and I refill my cartridges to cut costs and save the environment as best I can.

i dont have a printer.... i would go to the library to print something off... i dont like it that you need to pay for a print... that stinks... and when they teachers say we need it "12 point font, double spaced, black ink, times new roman" and i dont have a rpinter at home we need to drive 30 miles just to get to a printer so i can type and print the stuff i need.... i dont like it either and you shouldnt be depressed about it because you might get one and help someone that has or had the same problem as you.... and you dont need to be depressed over it... printers with a scanner at wal-mart cost like $35 at the most and once you get the appliance the ink cartriges cost a bit of money but its worth your money!!! hope i could help!!

you are not alone. I have no printer with my computer either and it gets me down sometimes because well I can't afford one either and if I could, I would not know what kind to get. Anyway, you are not alone

there are worse things in a lifetime to get depressed about
i certainly wouldnt get down over not having a printer thats just ridiculous

I have a printer with no ink it in it and I share a mouse with my brother. When he needs it he connects the mouse to his laptop and when I need it I connect it to mine. lol
