I have just asked three of the most banal questions I can think of and the answers are pouring in. I have asked some very interesting and thought-provoking questions today and they've struggled to reach double figures.

My theory is that this is a fun, light-hearted catagory and I can switch my brain off now.

I think your absolutely right, although don't be too fun or light hearted because it seems some can't take a joke either, even the simplest most naive and dumb joke is frowned on sometimes!!!
Weird hey?

thought provoking questions on a Sunday.

light-hearted always gets more answers as we're all comedians at heart.
& for 2 points of brain-power, is it worth it?

agree with you to a certain point. the answers I give vary between light and serious depending upon the question, itself. it is kind of nice to lighten up a few answers now and again.

Top deduction. I tend to steer clear of anything that means I have got to go and find where my brain is resting, wake it up and insert it in my head.

i find the most simple questions get the most answers but the long drawn out ones take up too much reading time, therefore not getting as many answers.
