No need to do all at once. Pick one room or something that need´s doing . Even if it´s just 1 shelf that need´s to be cleaned . Set your alarm clock to go off in 15 min´s time, see how much you can achieve. Once the clock goes off, sit down and have a rest. But if you think you would rather carry on & do some more, then set the clock again or another 15 mín´s. You will be surprised as to how much work you can do like this. Just remember , when ever you finish a job, no matter how small the job is, always reward yourself. 15, min´s here and there makes a big diference

No. But you always want to have a clean living room, kitchen and bathroom.. As for your bedroom no one has to come in there. Me, I can't sleep if my bedroom is not clean...
The easy way to clean is take one room at a time. Once you start don't stop til you are finish. Once you stop its hard to start again. Put on some music and go to work....

Besides, if you do not clean it, you will attract all sorts of little critters...and you really do not want them sleeping with you at night!

You sound like my daughter in law. Like.......is it necessary to have to clean house? Please. You don't have to if you don't want to. You're the one that has to live in it.
