I think that breast feeding could be listed as a "task". Just because a woman produces milk for her baby, doesn't mean that is the exclusive way to feed the baby.
Other than that, I don't think that there is anything else that a woman does that a man won't and vice versa.

Childbirth, menstruation and ovulation are not tasks; they're natural occurences so they don't count. So far I've come up with getting a pap smear; I've never seen a man who could pull that one off. This second one is a bit tough. Perhaps get a breast examination.

Disregarding biological functions such as birthing children, etc... I would say there is no tasks that are performed solely by women.

If you are talking about tasks like washing dishes, doing laundry, that sort of task then there are none. I don't see the point of your question? what is it.

Having a baby and getting pregnant
Having a period and going through menopause
Having a mammogram and a pap smear
Nursing a baby and um
Otherwise, no chores should have anything to do with our sex

Very interesteing question. But difficult as well only 2 things I can tell dozens but here we go-
1) Keeping guys in line therefore keeping this world a saner place to live in.
2) Reproducing, otherwise ......
