I didn't personally experience frequent urination immediately after getting pregnant - perhaps when I was about 2 or 3 months I did. However, frequent urination can be a sign of a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)... if you are experiencing any other symptoms (back ache, burning or painful urination) then I would suggest contacting your OB and make an appointment to come in for a urine sample.
These things can also vary greatly from person to person; as well as a variety of factors. For instance - if you're carrying twins then frequent urination could be quite normal (at least it was for my SIL and friends).

Yes, usually about 5 weeks pregnant til the end of the first trimester. It seems to get a bit better in the 2nd trimester and then the worst in the third.

Could be a urinary tract infection. Very common during and after birth due to hormones. Or your body doesnt want to hold all the water weight and cushion anymore.

i had a c section i actually experienced the opposite. i didnt urinate but about once a day for about 3 weeks

yes, frequent unination and feeling exhausted is the first signs other than the morning sickness.
