Anyone knows the secret of the magicians' trick in which they change clothes fast?

They wear one outfit over another. All the clothes are made from the lightest materials possible, with the lightest, whiteest clothes on the bottom layer and the darkest clothes over it. Velcro fasteners instead of buttons or zippers - explosions during the performance cover up the sound of the ripping velcro during the quick change. And lots and lots of practice to get the timing down to nothing flat.
