I know it's due to old age, but is there any thing that you can give them to prevent it? (We have a 10 yr. old rabbit, and her eyes are starting to cloud up.) Help?

No, surgery is the only option for cataracts. But isn't possible on a rabbit that old. Animals can live perfectly happy lives blind or near blind.

Well, it might not be cataracts. Rabbits are prone to infectious and inflammatory diseases of the eye. They can also have uveitis, glaucoma and other lens diseases. The cornea can also be affected by several diseases. I would recommend a visit to an experienced rabbit veterinarian--not all vets are familiar with small animal medicine--or a veterinary opthamologist--and see what the cause and/or treatment options are.
