Your computer desk chair has permanently molded itself around your body, and now fits like a glove.

the only suggestion i will supply you is to strengthen up. portion of turning into an grownup is excepting your regular jobs (sleep, charges, etc) try turning off the pc for a minimum of 24 hours. Occupy your self with something else (like television or a e book)
