Favorite music/band and who you are?

I'm asking because I'm a girly-girl and yet I like a lot heavy metal and hardcore death metal music and people are surprised because they assume I listen to Kelly Clarkson or something, just by how I look and behave. Weird.

What kind of music do you like or what's your favorite band and does it fit your image?

I like rap, hip-hop, R&B, and because I'm black everyone expects that.
But when I say I listen to Nickelback, Kelly Clarkson and some other rock bands occasionally, they act really surprised.

I listen to a lot of different music. As far as rock goes I like stuff like Marilyn Manson, Korn, David Bowie, Rob Zombie... etc.
For rap I like Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, MF Doom, Missy Elliot...etc And other stuff is like Gorrillaz, Deep Forrest (which is AWESOME, if you haven't heard of it you should check it out), and The Cranes

I guess if there was anything to describe me it would just be weird. I'm a girly girl too, but not in the traditional sense. I dress kind of wh*rish but I'm not...anyway most of the other girls my age dress like hos too, just in fancy @ss brand name sh*t, instead of stuff that stopped fitting 2 years ago or so. I used to smoke a lot of weed, but got over that after a couple of years.

I like rap and r&b. People like Lil' Wayne, T.I, Ciara, Beyonce, Aaliyah, T-Pain...

I guess it does fit my image, I dress in urban styles like Roc-A-Wear and Baby Phat.

Native American -- especially flute and drum -- Big Band, Swing and Jazz -- yes it fits my image and my heritage

i like alternative stuff and some classic rock and stuff...wut some may call "emo" ...

i like afi, lacuna coil, mcr, three days grace, some queen, switchfoot, mindless self indulgence

yeah it sorta does fit my image but sometimes i dress preppy/ fobby becuz i like forever 21 and HandM and korean clothes
