The Pentium 4 is the better of the two. The Celeron models are stripped down processors which makes them cheaper for the PC manufacturer to buy and thus makes for a cheaper PC usually. However because of their internal logic, or lack thereof they are much more sluggish processors even when the cpu speed is running faster. They may be running faster but are doing less work which makes for an overall slower system.

Definitely Intel Pentium 4 as it is more advance than Celeron processor. But right now the best selling is Intel Core2Duo.

Since Intel makes them both, they are probably equal in dependability. The 2.0GHz would be a little bit faster.

the pentium 4. both chips are rly old. the p4 has a larger cache. the celeron has only like 256k cache.

p4 of course it's algorithm is much productive. Celeron is only for games
