phones, i am going up to the authorized agent in the morning to tell them, do you think they will "give" me one? or make me buy one? I have no way to prove there was not one in the box!!

The chocolate verizon phone has a usb adaptor that plugs into the side of the phone and has a headset plug on the other end. However, this chocolate phone has bluetooth capability and so you can purchase a wireless bluetooth headset instead of getting adaptor and using a wire headset.

I work for a verizon agent so I would recommend going to a corporate store where they have service departments which they should have extras or they'll sell it to you cheap. At my store we dont sell the adapters so I dont know if you're local agent would either. Hope I was of some help to you.
