the crime rate and I'll be moving there by myself and I am a woman so I dont know how that will be. I've been to Nashville but I want to know if there are any other great places in Tennessee. Any Suggestions? and if you could tell me more about the town I love it thanks!

Unfortunately, crime is everywhere--small towns, big cities, and lots of communities in between. I've lived in Memphis all my life and have never (knock wood!) been a victim of a crime. I live on the eastern end of the city proper, and I do take the normal precautions when I'm out and about. I feel safe...but I *am* careful.

Knoxville is in the eastern part of Tennessee. It's fairly close to the Smokey Mountains national park. That might be another community for you to look at moving to.

lots of hicks and ignorant people
used to work for a cell company and some of the rudest people on the phone when call ing customer service. real rude.
