it was basically a slow guitar solo, mostly a single note ringing out over subtle background music
I don't think that the music is available, or was done by any major-label artists that you can actually track down

I also loved it, but as far as I know, it was just called "Arn Anderson's theme" or "Horsemen theme", and it was a production of WCW. I do not know where you can get it, but I often watch this video because of the music.
EDIT: I just read the comments of the video, and the one who loaded it up says he has got this music "off limewire". I am not a computer geek, so I do not know if this helps you.
