i'm looking into getting an suv and i saw the chevy equinox. i noticed that it's a little cheaper than some of the others and was wondering if it was a good vehicle.

Of all the equinox owners ive talked to they love the suv.We have sold a bunch of these.Most owners like the room.power and ride of the equinox.Hope this helps

I have a 2005 model-year Equinox and I absolutely love it. I travel extensively for my job and drive my Equinox to most of my destinations. The seats are quite comfortable, even the back seat, and there's plenty of room in the back for hauling all my junk around. And it has a pretty powerful engine...lots of zip.
I would strongly recommend getting one with OnStar. OnStar has saved my bacon on more than one occasion. The service is fast, courteous and extremely reliable. Mine also has XM Satellite Radio for those long, late-night treks through radio-signal-poor sections of the U.S.
On the downside it doesn't get the mileage my Honda CRV did, but the Equinox also has a significantly larger engine than the Honda did (6 cylinder vs 4 cylinder).
If I were looking to buy a new vehicle, I would look very seriously at getting another Equinox.

Its cheaper for a reason....because its cheap! Its a Chevy and it sucks. Youll be much better off buying a foreign made vehicle. They will last longer than their warranties and anything GM makes will not.
