I see nearly all of this world have some sort of problems.How to diminish such loads becoming heavy day by day?

its only a problem if you look at it that way...what doesn't kill you can only make you stronger.-strengthen your spirit and take a look at things which you take for granted in life...
however if you are thinking of poverty in the world, try to just keep giving out love, a helping hand and positive energy, a smile on your face will bring more joy to people....happiness is contagious ...give to charity too- that will not only make you feel better but you will get it come back to you - i beleive in karma :o)

Everyone around the world faces problems every day of their lives: some big and some small. However, many problems we face are due to our worldly desires. The less you desire something, the less of a problem you have with it. We suffer because we desire.

It will never happen , we will always have problems , it is part of life , you have to suffer to understand the meaning of happiness , feel ill to appreciate it when you are healthy , just try not to be the cause of other people's problems
