I want to know how much it costs and if you have heard it is reliable? Thanks!

All it contains is a sperm test for him and an FSH pee test for you.
The semen test for him is very limited in what it will tell you and a lab will be able to give you much more info.
Honestly, the kit isn't worth it. Chart your BBT for a few months and make sure you are ovulating and that you are having sex at the right times.

I think it is about $100 and you can get it at CVS or online at www.fertell.com. I haven't tried it, but it tests sperm motility which is better than just sperm count. For you, I would suggest just charting your cycles at a site like www.fertilityfriend.com - check out this guide to it if interested http://www.fertilityfriend.com/HelpCenter/FFBook/index.html since it only tests one hormone, Follicle Stimulating Hormone, and that is just to see whether or not your body is trying to produce mature follicles to be released (egg). You need the proper amounts of estrogen and progesterone, and LH to release the follicle in order to get pregnant.

It may be cheaper and easier just to get a sperm count done on him, and it will tell you a lot more. Call your doctor and see if you could get this done, and if there are certain guidelines as to whether or not insurance will pay for it.

Good luck!
