He probably has an intestinal worm its a very big health hazard you should get him checked out.

Take him to the vet now. It could be many things! Please don't waste any more time. No one should try to diagnose this problem with out having seen your baby. There are just too many different things it could be. Indigestion all the way to an intestinal blockage.

could be from the heat..wet him and put him in a cool place if he doesnt get better take him to a vet.
