Personally, I'm not that impressed with the list. Maybe the voting should have been limited to engineers and architects.

It's all a big joke. They should have just left it alone.

I think so too, and especially since they eliminated the Pyramids of Giza from the list!

I Voted for:

Taj Mahal
Stone Henge
Kiyomizu temple (just sounded peaceful)
Timbuktu
'N' Castle (I can't spell the beginning so I jus put 'N')
Alhmabra (sounded kinda cool)
Macchu Picchu (learned about its signifigance in Social Studies, definately worth it)

I, personally, don't see any signifigance of wonder in the Jesus statue. Its a religious thing, and not everyone in the world can relate to it.

I feel that they are all appropriate except the jesus statue. There is nothing miraculous about this and it didn't take any special or superhuman effort to build like the others. It is a freakin' christian joke. I knew we could not count on the people in this world to show any intelligence whatsoever.

I DON'T THINK IT SHOULD BE JUST UP TO ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS...IT'S WHAT EVERY ONE FINDS WONDERFUL....NOT JUST A SPECIFIC GROUP OF PEOPLE...PEOPLE SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY.

I think if you wanted some actual thought/response you should have posted a link to what you are talking about.
