i have an eBay problem see i ordered a game and they sent the wrong one, now he won't respond to my emails, what do i do???

File a complaint with ebay.
Also, hopefully you paid with paypal because you can file a complaint with them as well. Furthermore, if paypal finds that the seller is at fault, they will credit your account with the amount you paid and take back the money from the seller.
If you paid with money order or cash, then your only hope would be that ebay will take care of it, but they aren't as good as paypal in terms of taking care of problems.

Report it to ebay and file a complaint. If you used Paypal, you can also complain to them.
They will research it, and notify him of your complaint, and if he doesn't respond, they will refund your money most likely.

I would report it to e-bay. You may not get your money back from the person you bought the game from. But he should be reported so that they can investigate it.
