need a little more info, i know on cars with body colour bumpers that the sensors are painted over and the sensors can corrode under the paint and this can make the car think you are to close to an object which causes the constant bleep, try cleaning off the paint or dirt so the sensor face is clean and try it out, or i know some cars that need recalibration after a loss of power, try parking 1 metre away from a flat surface IE wall or garage door and leave the car in reverse with ign on for about 10 Min's this may recalibrate the sensors .
if you still have no luck then its a garage repair I'm afraid to say, if they came as standard you are better at a dealer but if it's an after market fit then any auto spark will be able to help

some dummy bumped you rear and loosened a connection or bent a wire into the car frame .... got warranty ---- get the dealer to look at the problem .... on you ----- visit the local "auto electrical " fix-it shop and see what they can do to help ---- the last place to go is`the dealer as that's the most $$'s for repair .... you may have to use the dealer to get it fixed correctly because they have the parts ...........

check for loose wiring, have you done any work / disturbed anything in that area? disconnect 1 sensor at a time and see if it clears, this would then indicate a knackered sensor. if so can still possibly work with remainder just bear in mind reduced coverage.

Replace it.
There's nothing repairable on those alarms.
