and used my same name, then deleted the old account because of mess up issues. Now everything says Shannon_2.
How can I get rid of that?

If your using Windows XP:
-Click the start button
-Then Click Control Panel
-And look for the icon that says user accounts (looks like two little people) Click on it.
-You will see all the accounts on the computer, click on Shannon_2 and you will see the option to change the username, password, picture, etc.
