Your link isn't working. RE: Bush being arrested in Switzerland: "it truly is not likely. An "preliminary assessment" via the Swiss Justice Ministry desperate that the former president might have immunity from prosecution for his movements whilst in place of work, a ministry spokesman instructed The linked Press. The activist communities disputed that. yet whether Bush could have been stated on rates, prosecutors might probably have run out of time to look at them and take action before he left the country." Bush skipped his holiday to Switz by using secuirty subject concerns, yet some won't have faith that. it truly is not likely that he could be arrested or tried.

Only after the UN purges itself of the hundreds and hundreds of criminal elements that draw a paycheck weekly for doing nothing.
The UN is a complete joke. Yeah, look at all the TRUE war crimes being perpetrated in Sudan, Somalia and many other countries, while these bozos sit on their hands and do nothing
at all.
Yep, these are the criminals who need MY support to make things right in the world.

By the time the UN got around to passing a resolution, he would be dead of old age! I don't want to see the day that an international group of clowns has the right to arrest anyone in this country.

NO, I would do anything it takes to help them, but not just Bush alone, Cheney, Rice and old Rumsfield. If they took a vote I guarantee you arresting them for War Crimes, it would win by a landslide. There would be more people going to polls to vote than we have ever seen come out to vote . I'd camp out in front of the polling places for days just to be sure I got my vote counted, I guess this one might count , I don't feel so confident in the 2000 and 2004 that my vote stayed out of the trash.

First i want to say i do not like president Bush.

Second, He is not a traitor. who is he trading us out to?

Third, He may be the worst president in history, but He honestly thinks he is helping this country.

Fourth, Where as He might Be a War mongering President, He has not commited any crime agianst geneva or man according to law.

But would I help defend him, how would I? I believe in due process and if he were inoccent it would come out in the end.

Besides we have dick cheney to take his stead while he is out.

lastly, bush has an approval rating of 29, I think you just wanted to hear people "BUSH BASH". ;-)

I would help defend the sovereignty of our nation. If an international body such as the UN is allowed to dictate policy in our nation once, it sets a bad precedent, and would make any other President or elected official vulnerable to such action.

War crimes? Like what ramming jets into towers, using civilians as shields, or breaking treaties? How can you take the UN seriously?

Many people are saying he has commited no international crimes but that is not true. He is allowing people to be tortured at Guantanamo.
I'm not sure what I would do. First I would have to see what exactly was done.

I would defend him if any foreign entity entered the territory of the United States to arrest him. I would defend him and this country against foreign aggression of any kind.
