I do not have a bank account. i want to know where i can cash a postal money order or any other kind of money order without an id

A money order is a bearer instrument. That means it is payable to whoever has physical possession of the money order. That said, very few places will cash ANYTHING without ID. Until you get some form of ID, cashing a money order is the least of your difficulties.

Without ID??? Are you trying to commit a crime? No one will let you cash the check without an ID.

Sounds like a fishy story: may be not your check? Everybody now has ID, so get one.
