yes i install the adobe premier video but the video shakes very bad and went i trying to fix dont let me is my pc or the progam problem and iam thinking to buy me a super computer but a need to know if is my pc bad pls help thank you

It's all about the video card youre using, what video card are you using.

What graphics card do you have AND is it supported by Premiere?
Please re-post with your PC make and model, components and operating system.
If your machine hasn't completely given up the ghost, reboot the darn thing to see if you can re-create the problem, taking careful notes on everything you do along the way. Write down any error messages you encounter and don't leave out any of the "technogobbledygook".
Then, we can try to help.

no pc not bad just sounds like a conflict of some kind between primier and your video card or maybe some of the files in premier are corrupt or its not configured properly.
