It takes me longer cause I don't think to do all of that. I think its faster to type this way an not dis way. Ur rite, now I really have 2 think wat 2 rite. :)

I am so mad at society for allowing this to be acceptable.
Personally I believe being able to read and type that way shows that phoenics is not easily translated into function. For future short cuts you can refer to the T-mobile web page they have a chart right next to the texting section.

Try using that while filling out a job application. It really reflects on ones lack of the English language and is thought to be pretty immature by us of older age... or at least me.

its eiser bcause you can type faster like tht, it might give u a headach for the first few times but then u get use 2 it

I think most of the teens do it because that is what they are use to when they text msg their friends on their cell phones. And I guess it is just a habit that is hard for them to break.

Everybody has a different way of expressing themselves and it shows when they write. I understand what they are writing so it doesn't really bother me.
