go on the internet for local casting tours or listen to the radio alot my friend tried for hannah montana but didnt make it

The best way is to belong to an organization like Theatre Ontario. They list all of the auditions across Canada. Usualy companies will list them in a news paper.
Try e-mailing theatre Ontario and ask them if there is an organization near you.

Ask actors in your city how to find auditions. Sometimes auditions are located the "movie" section of your local newspaper.
